Oolong
The aroma star among the teas is a middle ground between green and black tea, sometimes tastes more like black, sometimes more green tea. It should be infused with 90 degrees of hot water and pulled for 1 to 2 minutes.

Rich in antioxidants. The caffeinated tea has a smoky-earthy aroma and a very stimulating effect. It should be poured with 100 degrees hot water and allowed to infuse for about 4 minutes.
peppermint
It brings freshness into the hot water while at the same time acting calming and antispasmodic. Mint belongs to the few herbs that like both fresh and dried a bath in boiling water. Brewing time: at least 4 to 8 minutes.

For about ten pieces For the dough: 150 g curd cheese, six tablespoons rapeseed oil, five tablespoons milk, 50 g sugar, two sachets of vanilla sugar, 300 g flour (+ flour for processing), two teaspoons baking powder. For the filling: 60 g marzipan paste, 160 g applesauce, 30 g almonds (chopped). Also: 1 beaten egg yolk, 40 g almonds, powdered sugar
Preparation: Drain the quark in a sieve for about 30 minutes. Then mix with oil, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
